LINEUP PROVISIONS: TERMS OF SERVICE

By using lineupprovisions.com, becoming a Founding Member, subscribing to drops, or participating in any Lineup program, you agree to these terms.

WHO CAN USE THE LINEUP

You must be at least 18 years old to place an order or sign a subscription on Lineup Provisions. Athletes under 18 may participate in the Youth Ambassador program only with verified parental or legal guardian consent.

SUBSCRIPTIONS

Lineup is a subscription brand. By subscribing to Classic Box or Pro Box, you authorize Lineup Provisions to charge your payment method on your selected cadence (every 4 weeks, every 6 weeks, or every 8 weeks) until you cancel. There is no minimum number of drops and no commitment period. You can cancel at any time. See the Cancellation Policy for full terms.

FOUNDING MEMBER PRE-ORDERS

Placing a Founding Member pre-order during the founding window makes you a Founding Member. You pay the full box price when you order, and your box ships with the First Drop. Your pre-order is fully refundable at any time until it ships.

FOUNDING MEMBER BENEFITS

Founding Members receive: (1) a complimentary premium ribeye in every box for as long as the membership remains active; (2) Lineup-branded apparel in the First Drop; and (3) a one-time 500-point starting bonus in the rewards program. The ribeye benefit applies only to active Founding Member subscriptions and ends if the membership is cancelled; it cannot be reinstated afterward. Lineup Provisions may substitute a cut of equal or greater value while supplies last. Your Founding Member pre-order is fully refundable at any time until First Drop ships.

PRODUCT

Lineup Provisions ships premium American beef and chicken. Specific cuts and weights vary by drop within stated ranges (Classic Box 10 to 13 pounds, Pro Box 18 to 22 pounds).

ATHLETE PROGRAMS

The Lineup Athletes program and Youth Ambassador program are governed by separate agreements that we share with athletes and parents when applications are accepted. Acceptance into either program is at our discretion.

ACCEPTABLE USE

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to access accounts that are not yours, scrape data without permission, or use the site for any unlawful purpose.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this site, including the Lineup name, logos, photography, and written copy, is the property of Lineup Provisions. You may not reproduce or redistribute it without written permission.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lineup Provisions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or its products.

GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

We may update these terms as the brand and operations evolve.
