When does First Drop ship?
We name a date once production is locked, and everyone on the list hears it first.
What if First Drop doesn't ship?
When the founding window opens, every pre-order will be fully refundable until the First Drop ships. No deductions. No fees. No questions.
How does the Free Ribeye for Founding Members perk work?
Every Founding Member gets a free premium ribeye in every subscription box, for as long as their membership stays active. Skipping or pausing a drop doesn't affect it. If you cancel your membership, the perk ends and can't be re-added later. Founding cohort only. We may substitute a cut of equal or greater value while supplies last.
Am I locked into a commitment?
No. There is no minimum number of drops and no commitment period. Skip a drop, swap your box, change your cadence, or cancel from your account at any time, with no fees.
What's the difference between Classic and Pro?
Classic is the smaller box, for families starting out. Pro is the bigger box, for larger households. Both are American beef and chicken, and exact contents are announced with the First Drop.
How often does the subscription ship?
Three options: every 4 weeks (default), every 6 weeks, or every 8 weeks.
Where do you ship?
We launch Southeast-first: Georgia and the surrounding states, expanding as we grow. Outside the launch footprint? You can still get on the founding list. A pre-order will stay fully refundable until First Drop ships, so there's no risk while we expand toward you.
